CADENCE DANCE PROJECT

NEW COVID-19 POLICIES/PROCEDURES

COVID-19 Waiver: We have a new COVID-19 Waiver that must be signed prior to your child's attendance at the studio. All Families MUST login to their studio director accounts and complete the waiver before coming to the studio. This is MANDATORY and will be REQUIRED prior to your child entering the studio.

TUITION POLICY: Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, our classes sizes are small and we now have growing waitlists for each class. If your child is enrolled in classes on the 1st of the month, you will be required to pay tuition for that month as your child’s spot in the class has been reserved. We require a 30-Day Cancellation Policy to un-enroll from classes. We have a monthly tuition structure, therefore no proration/refunds will be given.

CADENCE DANCE PROJECT is adhering to all guidelines from the State and County. We have a few NEW POLICIES at the studio to ensure the safety for all.

New Studio Policies:

  • As much as we would love to hug our dancers, we ask that everyone please refrains from hugging/touching each other.

  • If your child has a cough/fever and/or if they are feeling sick, or have been around someone who is sick, please stay home!!

  • We suggest that all families and students wear face masks when in close proximity to the studio. Once the student enters the studio, they must go to their designated spot on the floor, marked by an X, that the teacher will assign to them upon entering. Masks are optional while dancing. The CDC does not require you to wear a mask while exercising as long as the students are 6 ft apart. Students will be asked to put masks on when arriving to the studio, leaving the studio and any time social distancing is not attainable, so please ensure that your child brings a mask.

  • Before Attending Class: Please stay home if your child is feeling ill. Dancers should use the restroom before leaving home. Pack only a water bottle, mask and dance shoes in their dance bags. Plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes before class. Students must wash hands and/or sanitize hands thoroughly before and after each class.

  • Arrival: Please arrive to class on time. We ask that parents and children wait in their cars until 5-minutes before the class starts. Students will line up outside on marked designated areas on Wisconsin Ave in front of the studio. The Instructor/CADENCE Staff Member will allow students to come in one at a time and sit on their designated spot, marked with an X. Dancers and staff are expected to practice social distancing in all areas of the studio

  • During Class: Studio lobby & Outdoor Common Areas will be CLOSED to parents and observers. We ask that Parents DO NOT enter the lobby or wait in the front area while classes are in session. We need to minimize traffic flow and need everyone to do their part. We are trying to work together to prevent unnecessary group gatherings in order to promote the safety of our dancers. RESTROOMS will be accessible to DANCERS ONLY. Family members will no longer have access to the RESTROOMS to eliminate additional traffic in the studio during classes. We apologize for any inconvenience. Refrain from touching walls or surfaces when possible. There will be no use of communal supplies/props during classes. When using the ballet barre, students will have an assigned barre area and it will be thoroughly cleaned before and after each class.

  • Departure: Please arrive 5 minutes before the class ends and do not be late for pick-up after your child's class. Students will be released to their parents by their instructor/CADENCE Staff Members.

Studio Cleaning Protocols

  • We have hand sanitizer stations at the entrance of each studio for your child to use before and after every class

  • Staff will sanitize all communal surfaces before and after classes

  • Floors will be sanitized daily
